Senior Carer/ Health Care Assistant (flexible Days & Nights)
Job Description
Smallbrook Care Home is a 41-bed Residential Care Home specialized in Dementia Care. We are committed to providing the highest quality care by a team of trained, passionate carers and all within a home from home environment. We are focused around individual care planning and the needs of each resident in order to promote overall health and wellbeing, as well as quality of life.
The role includes:
Delivering all aspects of personal care
Communicating effectively with residents and other team members
Meeting the needs of the residents in a person centered approach
Documenting all aspects of the residents care
Adhering to company policies and procedures
The hours are:
Flexible Day and Night shifts (8am - 8pm Day, 8pm - 8am Night, 8am - 2pm Early, 2pm - 8pm Late)
Alternate weekends working
What is the pay rate?
Basic pay for HCA is 12.25ph (weekend enhancement +1.50ph, waking nights +1.00ph). May be subject to increase based on Experience/Qualifications
Basic pay for Senior is 12.90ph (weekend enhancement +1.50ph, waking nights +1.00ph)
