Senior Carer

About the Role:

As a Senior Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Care Home Manager and Care Staff ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. This is a hands-on position, ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering person-centred care.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Supporting the manager in the daily running of the home Administration Liaising with external partners Completing and reviewing digital Care Planning system. Delivering high-quality, dignified personal care and assistance with daily living Taking part in on-call duties as required, including some evenings and weekends Providing guidance and support to junior care staff, promoting teamwork and good practice
What We're Looking For:

A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) Previous experience in a care home or similar setting Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills A caring, reliable, and patient nature Flexibility to cover a range of shifts including on-call responsibilities
