What We're Looking For:

SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Essential)

- Strong

leadership

- Experience in managing and implementing

detailed care plans

- Confident in

personal care

moving & handling

dementia care

- Able to supervise and guide night care teams, ensuring high standards throughout the shift
- Caring, professional, and committed to resident wellbeing

Your Role Will Involve:

Leading the night shift team to deliver person-centred care Overseeing medication administration and detailed care documentation Responding to residents' needs promptly and sensitively Supporting residents with personal care and mobility needs Working closely with families, external professionals, and day staff to ensure continuity of care
