About the Role
As a
Senior Carer at Chirk Court
, you'll play a key role in providing compassionate, high-quality care to our residents, many of whom are living with dementia. You'll be responsible for leading a small household of around 10 residents, supporting with personal care, administering medication, and ensuring each person feels valued and supported.Working alongside other
Senior Carers
, you'll lead and motivate a dedicated team of care staff, manage the rota, and make sure care delivery reflects our values ofTrust, Kindness, and Hope
