The Role
All our roles are on a permanent, full-time basis. We are looking for highly motivated, caring individuals to join our friendly care team.
As a Care Coordinator/Senior you will be responsible for promoting a caring environment which provides residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity and that their rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
We are currently looking for a Care Coordinator/Senior for day and night shifts.
The Individuals qualities we are looking for:
Must have Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care to work towards Level 3 Be flexible. Be prepared to work alternate weekends. Be able to demonstrate a passion for caring and have a kind, friendly nature. Be well presented in appearance and behaviour. Be a team player but be able to work on their own using their own initiative. Be willing to learn and attend training.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
