Experience of working with older people with Dementia.
Knowledge and experience of medication administration
Confident in care planning processes and experience of daily notes.

An Enhanced DBS is required for this position

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of carers during night shifts, ensuring high-quality care for residents. Administer medication as prescribed, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain effective communication with team members and families to provide updates on resident well-being. Deal with any health care emergencies by calling the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 13.60 per hour

providing care at senior level: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 Health & Social Care (preferred) DBS on the update service (preferred) Social Care Wales Registration (preferred)
