Your Role Will Include:

Delivering personal care with respect and dignity to our residents Leading by example as you mentor and support junior staff members Building meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals Collaborating in the creation and implementation of personalized care plans Helping residents stay active and engaged, including driving them to appointments and social outings

What We're Looking For:

Experience in senior care, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly Confidence in using care home IT systems and supervising staff Strong leadership skills, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere A warm, outgoing personality with the drive to make every day better for our residents
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 13.00-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
