Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a nurturing environment. Maintain accurate records of client care and progress, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in client condition. Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or appointments. Manage inventory of caregiving supplies and ensure a clean and safe environment for clients. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance caregiving skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on empathy and active listening. Experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred; however, training will be provided for the right candidate. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse client populations. Organizational skills to manage multiple clients' needs effectively. Time management skills to ensure timely delivery of care services. Basic administrative experience for maintaining records and documentation accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating leadership when necessary. A commitment to continuous learning through training programs focused on caregiving best practices. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 33 per week
