Key responsibilities

Hands-on personal care and support Safe administration of medication (full training provided) Updating digital care plans and daily documentation in real time Coaching, supervising, and inspiring care staff on shift Maintaining a spotless, safe, and homely environment Providing emergency cover and rapid response as required Driving between client locations (mileage reimbursed)

What we're looking for

Experienced carer

with a solid track record in domiciliary or residential care

NVQ Level 3

in Health & Social Care (or actively studying) Natural leader with clear, confident communication skills Empathy, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Flexibility to adapt to service needs and share weekend cover
