Your role

The Senior Caretaker supports the whole school in providing premises services. This will include health and safety, compliance, security and site maintenance.

Your responsibilities

To lead and manage a team of premises staff to deliver the highest standards in a large secondary school.

You will need:

We are seeking to appoint a person who:

has experience of leading and managing a large team

has the knowledge and expertise to meet all statutory requirements

is able to deliver an efficient and effective service, fit for purpose

excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of both internal and external stakeholders.
