Job Summary

At Lost & Found you can expect a warm welcome, great service and excellent, freshly prepared dishes. We are looking to expand our kitchen team with a CDP who is interested in growing their skill set and helping push our business to the next level.

Our Chef's must:

Have a proven track record in delivering exceptional dishes in a time pressured environment. Have a passion for producing great food and take pride in their work. Work well as a team Knowledge of kitchen procedures. Maintain Cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen. Understanding of food safety guidelines and willingness to uphold sanitation standards. Have excellent communication and organisational skills. Have 2 or more years' experience in a similar role
You must be eligible to work full time in the UK

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen
- Proficient in food preparation techniques
- Knowledge of culinary processes and techniques
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members

Rate of pay and hours negotiable depending on candidate.

Minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed - Permanent position.

As a Senior CDP you'll need to make sure our standard of service remains high at all times, ensure your area is running smoothly and safely , keeping the atmosphere just right in the kitchen and work as part of a team to deliver fantastic fresh dishes throughout the day, as a valuable team member at Lost & Found we want to give you the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and work alongside experienced chefs to deliver fresh, high quality food that is kept in line with our kitchen procedures and best practices in food preparation.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: 12.75-13.25 per hour
