Overview:
We're seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior CDP-Sous Chef. You'll be an integral part of the team during service and running 117 when senior kitchen members have days off. The role is approximately 42 hours per week including 1 or 2 evenings and weekends. This does include some flexibility. Our chefs can chat to you about the fact there is no other Kitchen like ours and you'll be coming into a feel good environment we're all are proud of our achievements. Kitchen experience is vast so please enquire with confidence.

Duties:
- Potentially running the Kitchen in other senior absences

- Have input into Specials and potential business generation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times

- Being respectful to other team members

- You take great pride on the cleanliness and management of the kitchen. We have 5 stars and intend to maintain this at 117.

Qualifications:
- Experience in a Senior CDP role looking for the next step or Sous experience is essential
- Knowledge of Culinary techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Willingness to learn, be positive in a great working environment.
