Summary



We are seeking a Change Manager to join our team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will drive organizational change initiatives that align with our mission and values, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to our operations.

Responsibilities



Lead change management efforts across the organization. Develop and implement change management strategies that maximize employee engagement. Assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives. Provide training and support to employees during transitions. Monitor and report on progress of change initiatives. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications



Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with Salesforce and CRM software is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts effectively.
