Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist
Job Description
We are a well established small Architectural practice based in North east Cambridgeshire, wishing to appoint a Senior Chartered Architectural Technologist.
You would work as part of a team visiting clients properties, construction sites and meetings with Clients and Contractors.
We undertake small to medium size residential, commercial and industrial projects, mostly located in East Anglia.
You would undertake Planning and Building Regulation design drawings including supervising other members of the team and assisting them with design detailing and site visits. You would be responsible for running projects and reporting to the Directors.
Knowledge of Planning Laws and Building Regulations is essential together with the use of AutoCAD Lt.
Professional membership fees paid.
A clean driving licence is essential
Salary up to 40,000 per year
37.5 hours per week 5 days a week, office based.
28 days holiday a year plus bank holidays
