We are seeking a committed and passionate
Senior Chef de Partie
to support our Kitchen Management Team in the daily operation of our acclaimed Michelin star kitchen. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contribute to our evolving culinary vision, and benefit from exceptional training and development opportunities.
As a Senior Chef de Partie - you will;
Support the Senior Kitchen Team with the smooth and efficient running of your designated section.
Demonstrate excellent leadership skills by guiding and supporting junior chefs in completing daily tasks.
Lead the team on your section to consistently deliver exceptional standards of food quality and presentation.
Work closely with Lisa Goodwin-Allen and the Head Chef Adam, to further develop Northcote's culinary vision in preparation for our exciting expansion, including the launch of a new restaurant.
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation within the kitchen.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn and develop within a Michelin-starred environment.
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie, demonstrating a strong foundation of cooking and a refined technique.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
Strong communication and leadership potential.
While experience in a Michelin-starred kitchen is
desired but not essential
, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are crucial.
