Summary

We are looking for a talented Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Blackwell Grange Hotel. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality dishes that enhance our guests' dining experience while working in a dynamic kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times. Assist in the management of kitchen operations, including food production and preparation. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Participate in training new kitchen staff on procedures and standards.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a busy kitchen environment. Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques. Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills within a kitchen setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
