Job Overview

A unique opportunity to join the Meraki restaurant groups latest project. A full refurbishment and rebranding that requires an experienced and passionate Chef de parte to help drive the kitchen.

Any candidate will be required to possess a background in Italian cuisine with a passion for creativity and a sensitivity for tradition. Demonstrating exceptional standards or consistency and the drive to complete everyday tasks as requested. Responsible for overseeing food production, ensuring high standards of food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. This role requires a deep understanding of hospitality and a commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Complete aspects of food production to needs of the business, ensuring quality and consistency in every dish Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels and identify a need for supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency

Experience

Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant setting Strong background in food production and culinary techniques. Demonstrated ability to work in a team effectively while maintaining high morale Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests Available to work

40-45

hrs per week,over 4-5 days with weekend and weekday availability Salary of up to

34,000

comprised of wage plus gratuities, based on experience
