Located in the heart of historic Harrogate, Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate offers exceptional accommodation overlooking 200 acres of the pristine Stray parkland.

We're searching for a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our Kitchen Brigade. Working 45 hours per week, this is an opportunity to join us and help create unforgettable food experiences and shape the future of dining at Cedar Court Hotel Harrogate.

The role in a nutshell

As Senior Chef de Partie, you will support the Kitchen Brigade with the following:

Deliver Excellence: Supporting the daily operations to ensure exceptional food preparation, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Prioritise Quality and Safety: Maintain impeccable food safety standards and ensure a clean, organised kitchen environment. Collaborate Seamlessly: Work closely with our Guest Service Team to deliver a seamless dining experience for both restaurant and corporate guests. Plan for Impact: Support and help deliver high-volume events with a keen eye on exceeding expectations and maintaining standards. Bring the Fun: Engage an atmosphere of joy, enthusiasm, and pride in every dish and interaction.

What we are looking for

We're seeking an exceptional individual who has:

Experience in either a hotel restaurant or similar environment Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques Ensures full compliance with food safety and health regulations Radiates enthusiasm for food and hospitality, inspiring those around them.
