As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen, overseeing a specific section and supporting the wider team in delivering exceptional dishes. You will be expected to bring creativity, consistency, and precision to every service, while mentoring junior chefs and working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to drive the menu forward.

Your Requirements:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Chef de Partie is preparation of all food items at the station according to specifications and preset time limits. The Chef de Partie must be able to follow all recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications set by the restaurant while coordinating the delivery of all foods within preset time standards. Assistance with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, coolers, and all storage areas is required.
As a Senior Chef de Partie we would love you to have:
- Previous experience working as a Senior Chef de Partie or higher
- 3+ years of kitchen experience
- Experience working with a similar cuisine
- Great English language communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain and follow recipes, processes and standards
- Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team
- Full ownership in your role
