We are excited to be working with a glamorous fine dining restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Following a full refurbishment, they are now seeking an ambitious Senior Chef De Partie to join their 14-strong brigade and play a vital role in delivering a truly exceptional dining experience.

- 18.60 per hour including service charge
- Working in one of London's most stylish, newly refurbished dining destinations
- Joining a highly skilled kitchen team with a reputation for quality and creativity

- Running your own section to the highest standards of precision and consistency
- Supporting the Sous Chef and wider team during busy services
- Catering for up to 50 covers at lunch, 220 at dinner and 60 in the private dining room
- Helping to train and mentor junior chefs within the brigade
- Upholding impeccable standards of hygiene, organisation and compliance
- Have solid experience as a Chef De Partie or Senior Chef De Partie in a high-end, fine dining or luxury hospitality environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume service while maintaining attention to detail
- Are a confident and organised chef who takes pride in their craft
- Have the drive to progress and the passion to deliver exceptional food every day
