Senior Chef de Partie

who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering outstanding plates every time.

What Your Role Will Involve:

Leading the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes with consistency and precision. Overseeing a key kitchen section during busy service periods (up to 150+ covers daily). Taking ownership of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance across your area. Ensuring all dishes meet menu specifications and presentation standards every time. Mentoring and supporting junior team members, providing guidance and training. Actively monitoring prep levels, wastage, and ordering to help control food costs. Collaborating with the Sous Chef and Head Chef on specials, menu development, and process improvements. Setting an example in standards, pace, and professionalism at all times.

What We're Looking For:

A passionate, self-motivated chef with strong leadership skills. Proven experience in a high-volume, fresh-produce kitchen environment. Confident in running a section independently and training others to do the same. Excellent organisation, time management, and calmness under pressure. Great eye for detail -- both in prep and plated presentation. Solid knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and kitchen systems. Banqueting or multi-outlet venue experience is a strong advantage. Culinary qualifications (e.g., NVQ or equivalent) and a desire to keep developing.
