We're looking for someone just like you to help them feel safe, supported, and empowered to thrive.
? What You'll Do
Provide high-quality care and emotional support in a trauma-informed, therapeutic setting.
Help children build brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience.
Work within a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with long shifts (8am-11pm) and sleep-in nights. Rotas are provided in advance.
What You'll Earn
Annual salary: 36,900
(based on 15/hour and 8 sleep-ins per month; dependent on qualifications).

What You'll Need
Full UK Driving Licence.
Level 3 qualification in Child Care.
At least 12 months' experience in children's residential care.
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the UK (we're unable to offer sponsorship).
