What you'll be doing

Leading by example and supporting the team to deliver high-quality care every day Acting as a keyworker, shaping and reviewing care plans that truly make a difference Coordinating daily duties, supporting staff, and ensuring everything runs smoothly when the Team Leader isn't around Building strong relationships with families and carers, while helping children access their communities and opportunities for fun, growth, and independence Encouraging inclusion and modelling good practice in everything you do

A little about you

You'll bring experience of working with children and young people, and ideally some knowledge of supporting those with learning disabilities or behaviours that can be challenging. More importantly, you'll have a genuine passion for helping children to thrive and a caring nature that shines through in everything you do. With a positive, team-focused approach and the confidence to guide others, you'll be ready to lead by example. If you're comfortable with basic IT and are committed to working within our Christian ethos, you'll feel right at home here.

As we do our work in Christ's name the job you have applied for requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos. This is an Occupational Requirement under Part 1 of Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010.


This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks. You will also be required to be registered with SSSC and it is your professional responsibility to ensure that you meet the standards and criteria for registration.
