Role Description
This full-time, office-based position is located in Burgess Hill and is for a Senior Civil Engineer. The role involves leading and delivering civil engineering projects, producing detailed infrastructure and storm-water management designs, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary project teams, and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will take a practical approach to problem-solving and offer technical direction to ensure projects are completed effectively and to a high standard.
Qualifications
Strong capability in civil engineering design and a solid grounding in core civil engineering principles.
Proven experience in civil engineering planning and project management.
In-depth knowledge of storm-water management systems and associated design solutions.
Thorough understanding of applicable industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent analytical abilities, with clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
Competence in relevant design software and engineering tools.
A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; professional registration or membership is advantageous.
