We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer and Civil 3D Specialist with over 10 years of expertise for a fully remote contract role. The position involves supervising junior engineers, leading diverse civil engineering projects internationally, and offers full flexibility with opportunities for growth.

Role Description

Contract role outside IR35, 100% remote, open to global candidates. Supervise, mentor, and support junior engineers while actively delivering projects. Lead civil engineering projects across residential, commercial, highways, and utilities sectors. Specialize in Civil 3D modeling, photorealistic rendering, and BIM clash detection. Manage and innovate team and project workflows with autonomy and creativity. Use advanced Civil 3D skills including Surfaces, Corridors, Feature Lines, Points, and Pipe/Pressure Networks. Bring a proactive, optimistic attitude with a focus on team collaboration and continual learning.
Requirements

Minimum 10 years' experience as a Civil Engineer and Civil 3D expert, focused on land development. Advanced Civil 3D proficiency, validated by a practical assessment. Proven track record of team and project management (3+ years). Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational capabilities. Ability to deliver efficiently in a remote working environment from day one.
