With a growing reputation for precision, reliability, and compassion, we're expanding--and we're looking for a Senior Claims Handler to help lead that growth from our London office.
About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Claims Handler ready to take the next step. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of restoration claims, working with major insurers, loss adjusters, and high net worth clients to ensure smooth, timely, and compliant claim progression.
You'll be responsible for ensuring all claims are handled within SLAs, coordinating with remote admin staff and field technicians, and maintaining meticulous records and client updates.
What You'll Do
Manage and progress property restoration claims from instruction to completion
Liaise with insurers, loss adjusters, and claims handling companies to ensure timely resolutions
Work directly with high-net-worth clients, offering outstanding service and communication
Coordinate with our remote support team and restoration technicians in the field
Use claims management software to update files and document progress (experience with Core Logic a distinct advantage)
Ensure all work is completed within SLA and to the highest standard of detail and accuracy
Spot and escalate issues proactively, and help develop smoother internal workflows
What We're Looking For
At least 2-3 years' experience in a property claims handling role
A meticulous, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
Demonstrated ability to handle a varied caseload, meet deadlines, and maintain service quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with claims management/progression systems (Core Logic is a bonus)
Previous experience in restorations, insurance, or working with loss adjusters is highly desirable
Self-starter who thrives in a small, collaborative, and growing team
