We're on the lookout for a Senior Client Development Manager to join our Commercial Team at MBL Solutions in the heart of Newcastle. This isn't just another account management role, it's about being at the centre of our relationships with some of the UK's leading retailers such as Greggs, schuh, Matalan, Hobbycraft, Tapi Carpets, B&M Stores helping them grow while driving success for MBL.
You'll be the trusted partner for a portfolio of high-profile clients, making sure they get the very best from us. That means growing existing relationships, spotting cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and welcoming new retailer clients into the fold. You'll also play a big part in shaping the sales strategy, using our tech and expertise to quickly embed clients into the right channels.
This is a hybrid role, blending time in our vibrant Liverpool city centre office or our Newcastle office with flexibility to work from home (2 days at home and 3 days in the office). We're a people-first business, but we also know the value of face-to-face time with clients, so a driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.
Contracted hours are 38 per week, Monday to Friday but more importantly, we're looking for someone who brings drive, energy, and a passion for building brilliant client partnerships.
