What you'll be doing

You'll be the person who makes sure every client feels genuinely cared for and supported -- from their first conversation with us right through their ongoing partnership.

As a Senior Client Engagement Specialist you'll use your HR knowledge and people insight to really understand each client's challenges, connect them with the right Fitzgerald solutions, and make sure their experience with us is consistently excellent.

You'll manage relationships across the full client journey -- from drafting proposals and onboarding new clients to managing check-ins and service reviews that strengthen trust and help us continuously improve.

Here's a snapshot of what your day-to-day might include:
Meeting with potential new clients to understand their needs, explore their challenges, and draft thoughtful proposals that show how we can help solve their people problems.

Leading a smooth, consistent onboarding process that sets the tone for a brilliant partnership.
Acting as the main point of contact for clients -- building trust, listening closely, and ensuring every interaction feels personal and proactive.
Working with colleagues across Fitzgerald to map client needs, identify solutions, and bring the right specialists into the conversation.
Managing the client care process -- from feedback gathering to service reviews -- to ensure we're always raising the bar in how we support our clients.
Keeping CRM data, follow-ups, and engagement notes accurate and up to date so nothing slips through the gaps.
Tracking trends and insights from client feedback, helping us spot opportunities to improve and grow.
It's a role that combines relationship management, coordination, and continuous improvement -- ideal for someone who loves people, process, and problem-solving in equal measure.###

About you

You might be an HR professional ready for a new challenge -- one that lets you use your people expertise in a broader, more strategic way.

Happy to travel when needed and hold a full UK driving licence.
Experience in an HR consultancy, or familiarity with proposals and client onboarding processes, would be an advantage, but isn't essential.###

Whether it's an HR team needing extra support or a business looking to outsource its HR, we're there: on call or on site, whatever works best for them.

We're on a mission to show brilliant companies (our clients) what happens when they hire really smart people (that's us) to help them be the very best employers they can be. The only thing we can't handle? Letting our clients down.

Why join us?

So if you want to learn something new or deepen your expertise, you do the work and we'll support you all the way. Because when you get better at what you do, so do we.

We understand that time to rest and recharge is important and we'll make sure you get it, along with a work/life balance that always treats you like an adult (and trusts you accordingly).

Because we want everyone here to play a big part in what comes next for Fitzgerald, to build our future, be involved in decisions, and be valued for your input.

We're Fitzgerald. We do work that works for you.
