As a
Senior Client Services Manager,
you'll be fully immersed with our experienced accounts team, working with directors to provide great advice clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It's a great opportunity to develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You'll:Manage and look after your own vibrant and diverse client portfolio.
Cultivate long-lasting relationships becoming the go-to for clients.
Lead a team, overseeing the production of the work to deliver a fantastic service.
Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to support the overall delivery of services to your portfolio.
Wow clients daily, getting to know their business to deliver great experience.
Contributing to our growth by retaining existing clients and building relationships with potential new clients.
Undertaking larger, more complex assignments with the support of the wider Accounts team.
Reviewing processes and implementing more efficient ways of service delivery.
Coach, develop and lead the accounts team and line reports.

Hungry for a new challenge, you'll:Be ACA / ACCA qualified, with proven experience within a similar senior role.
Have practice experience as a Manager.
Have worked with a range, including owner-managed businesses.
Be tech-savvy, with a knowledge of CCH desirable.
Be a superb leader that energises those around you.
Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment.
Love getting to know people and be a fantastic communicator.
