At BCLP, we've built our firm on the foundations of thinking differently. Curious, inquisitive and unbound by tradition, we're building change within our sector and beyond.

It starts with our people, which is why we need a Senior Client Project Manager to join our team. This role will serve as the central point of contact between clients, lawyers, and GBS to ensure seamless communication and efficient delivery of legal matters. The Client Project Manager plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships, driving commercial success, and enhancing overall project efficiency. The successful candidate will embed best practices, challenge conventional delivery methods, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize financial and operational performance.

You'll be responsible for:

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as liaison between clients, legal teams, and GBS, ensuring clear communication and effective project coordination. Assist with pitches and client presentations, demonstrating the commercial and operational value of Client Project Management.

Matter Management

Actively contribute to profitable revenue generation by implementing project management strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability. Lead matter planning, execution, and monitoring to optimize billable hours and streamline legal service delivery. Work closely with fee-earners to ensure high-value client matters are structured effectively and executed with commercial awareness.

Process Improvement & Training

Lead the embedding of project management processes to enhance workflow efficiency and commercial performance. Provide training and support to trainees and lawyers, equipping them with project management techniques that strengthen fee generation and client service. Conduct post-matter reviews to identify lessons learned and refine future strategies.
