To support the Head of Clinical Pharmacy for Bed Based and Place Based Services in the delivery of all aspects of the Pharmacy Service.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
Vocational Masters Degree in Pharmacy (4 Years Course) or Equivalent
Completed and passed Pre-Registration training and professional exam
General Pharmaceutical Council Registered Practising Pharmacist Member
Post-graduate Certificate or Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent experiential learning.
Evidence of continued professional development
