About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated

Senior Clinical Pharmacist

to join a world-class private hospital in the heart of London. This role is ideal for a proactive and experienced pharmacist passionate about delivering patient-centred care and advancing pharmacy services within a modern, multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver specialist clinical pharmacy services and medicines optimisation across designated clinical areas. Contribute to the development, review, and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols. Provide supervision, support, and mentorship to junior pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to deliver safe, integrated, and effective care. Offer patient education and counselling to ensure safe and appropriate medication use. Participate in incident investigations, audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Uphold clinical governance standards and promote evidence-based practice.

Essential Requirements

Master's degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) GPhC registration as a Pharmacist Postgraduate diploma in clinical or hospital pharmacy (or equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting Proven experience across general clinical areas such as medicine and surgery Excellent communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills Committed to professional development and service improvement
