ECHO3 is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Senior Commercial Executive to join our growing team of aviation specialists. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to play a key role in developing our commercial activities and strengthening client relationships within the aviation sector.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business development initiatives and identify new commercial opportunities Build, manage and nurture relationships with corporate and private clients Develop tailored aviation solutions to meet client requirements Support the growth of the department through innovative commercial strategies Achieve and exceed agreed sales and revenue targets Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth

Requirements

Proven track record in sales, business development or account management Previous aviation experience required Strong commercial awareness and a client-focused approach Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
