three dynamic Senior Commercial Lawyers
to join our forward-thinking Legal team.

in new investment to transform the region. From revolutionizing transport and infrastructure, boosting skills and housing, to tackling the climate emergency head-on and empowering our communities -- the MCA is driving change that matters.
What you'll be doing:
Acting as the go-to legal expert on high-value, complex projects, ensuring compliance and delivering sharp, strategic advice on commercial contracts, procurement, and grant funding.
Navigating governance frameworks, statutory duties, and decision-making processes to keep projects moving forward on time and within legal risk boundaries.
Leading the negotiation, drafting, and management of major commercial contracts, and coordinating with external legal teams as needed.
Providing proactive, trusted legal counsel to senior leaders, stakeholders, and partners -- enabling confident decision-making and successful delivery.
