Prepare comprehensive reports on commercial performance for senior management review. Lead and mentor a team of commercial professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior commercial management role, preferably within a similar industry. Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial management practices. Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in managing teams effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on building relationships. Relevant qualifications in business management or a related field are desirable.
