DIMENSIONS OF ROLE



Hours: 09:30hrs to 17:30hrs, Monday to Friday inclusive, including one hour unpaid lunch on each day worked; making a total of 35 working hours per week.

KEY PURPOSE OF ROLE



This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity to play a key role within a prestigious London organisation. We are seeking a highly organised and brand-savvy Partnerships Account Executive to deliver exceptional service to MCC's and London Spirits commercial partners and ensure flawless activation of their rights. Based at the world-famous Lord's Cricket Ground, this role is central to maintaining MCC's reputation for excellence while helping partners achieve their objectives through creative, high-quality campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong client relationship skills with a clear understanding of brand strategy, sponsorship activation, and commercial value delivery.

With a strong emphasis on customer retention and relationship management, you will ensure that every engagement enhances the Lord's and MCC brands, driving loyalty and long-term value. You will also support the Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager and Commercial Partnerships Manager with various projects and tasks as needed.

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES



Account & Relationship Management:

Act as the day-to-day contact for a select number of MCC's and London Spirit commercial partners, ensuring best-in-class servicing and account management. Build strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, providing strategic advice and delivering measurable value. Lead the planning and delivery of partner activations across match days, events, and digital channels. Develop and manage partnership plans that align the Partner's brand and business objectives with MCC's strategy. Support renewal discussions by demonstrating ROI, driving upsell opportunities, and strengthening long-term relationships. Provide administrative and operational support to the Commercial Partnerships Managers, including end-of-season reporting and debriefs.




Activation & Campaign Delivery:

Coordinate and oversee brand activations at Lord's, ensuring every campaign meets world-class standards. Collaborate with marketing, digital, events, retail, and F&B teams to deliver seamless activations. Manage partnership activation process, briefing internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets. Ensure accurate brand placement and compliance with MCC guidelines across all touchpoints.




Match Day & Event Support:

Play a hands-on role in delivering partner experiences on major match days and events at Lord's. Manage partner hosting, VIP experiences, and rights delivery on-site.

PERSON SPECIFICATIONS & SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS



You're a confident communicator, a natural relationship builder, and a detail-obsessed organiser who loves making things happen. You know what great brand activations look like and thrive under pressure.


Proven experience in sponsorship account management or brand partnerships, ideally within sport, entertainment, or events. Strong understanding of brand strategy and sponsorship activation across live events, digital, and content channels. Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence liaising with senior stakeholders. A creative and commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills. Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and measurable value.
Desirable:

Experience working with premium brands and high-profile rights holders. Knowledge of the UK sports sponsorship market and commercial trends. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems.
