We are seeking a Commercial Solicitor with a broad experience of company commercial work to join our Business Services Team in Worcester.
You will be working alongside the Head of Commercial with the opportunity for career progression.
This role is to manage a variety of commercial matters and provide clients with efficient and effective legal advice and assistance.
specifically to include:
Freehold and Leasehold Commercial Property and associated finance matters Business sales and aquisitions Landlord and tenant matters Shareholder & partnership advice and agreements Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts terms and along with conditions of business Company Share Sales and Company Restructuring as well as Company Administration
A minimum 4-5 years' commercial experience is required
The applicant will assist the firm in business development by regular networking and other marketing activities.
Salary negotiable dependant upon experience.
