As the Senior Commercial Strategy Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by developing and implementing strategies that align with the company's commercial goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to analyze market trends, optimize pricing strategies, and support long-term planning. This role requires a strong mix of analytical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to ensure the business meets its revenue and profitability objectives.




You will be responsible for:




Building major cross-functional strategic initiatives and define the strategic framework underpinning the initiatives to elicit the future growth, vision, goals, high level business scope Designing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share in alignment with overall business objectives Project Manage cross-functional commercial strategy initiatives Collaborating with cross-functional leaders, external partners, and senior commercial leadership to make alignments and ensure successful Commercial Project implementations Understanding the current vs future state of the business and identify key requirements/capabilities (technical and operational) needed to support the strategy Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports to senior leadership. Offer actionable insights based on performance metrics and market data Providing strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, and financial data to drive business decisions related to growth, product portfolio, and market expansion Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members and analysts, contributing to the development of the commercial strategy team



What we need from you:






In-depth understanding and extensive experience of using financial and commercial drivers in order inform and challenge strategic plans and decisions Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide strategic insights. Solution orientated with an entrepreneurial attitude Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) Very strong analytical and decision-making skills Proven track record of driving commercial growth and executing successful strategies Strong leadership and project management skills Demonstrate the highest ethical standards and exemplify the company values Self-motivated, results-oriented, tenacious, reliable, methodical, innovated, focused and driven are key personal character traits desired in their role A high level of energy with a "can-do" positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit Eligibility to work in the country in which you are employed is essential
