Motor Finance: Senior Complaints Advisor / Complaints Advisor, Cheadle, Stockport
Monday to Friday 9 am-5.30pm
28k-35k, plus bonus (depending on experience)
As a Complaints Advisor, you will manage complex complaints from receipt to conclusion, maintaining FCA complaint procedures and ensuring the right outcome is reached.

Daily Duties:
Liaise with internal departments and business partners to obtain information to investigate complaints thoroughly
Responsible for maintaining good relationships with our business partners and encouraging positive outcomes for all parties involved in the complaints process
Contribute to reporting procedures and root cause analysis information
Carry out related administrative duties within the compliance department
Ideally you will have :
Previous understanding & experience of dealing with complaints in an FCA authorised business, ideally a motor finance / general finance business
Essential skills required:
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Attention to detail
Confident telephone manner
Customer service/ Administration office based experience
Able to liaise at all levels with other departments and outside agencies
