We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven

Senior Project Manager

to join our dynamic team based in

Gosport, South England

. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver large-scale construction projects within a forward-thinking and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex construction projects from initiation to completion. Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes, providing effective solutions and mitigation strategies. Report regularly to senior stakeholders and maintain clear project documentation.

Requirements:

A minimum of

5 years' experience as a Project Manager

on

large-scale construction projects

. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational and time management abilities. Proficiency in construction project management tools and methodologies. Relevant qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent) are highly desirable. A background in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
