Job Description

To support our continued growth, we are looking to employ a Senior Consultant to join our consulting team.



Working with Client organisations, their Housing, Customer and Asset departments to deliver a safe, reliable and efficient services. Provide visible leadership and management for area teams responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring all key operational and financial targets are achieved in line with the aims and objectives of the business.Project manage asset management (Property Services) transformation programmes, assuring milestones, risks, and performance are understood by project members and stakeholders. Undertake stakeholder workshops and engagement sessions to communicate, design and deliver change Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams; optimise communication, resourcing, and productivity. Implement process improvements; embed SOPs and progress checks. Produce accurate MI (cost, progress, compliance) and present insights to project team and client leadership. Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau style softwares / templates to visualise transformation requirements, progress and ROI and to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Contribute operational and graphical inputs to options appraisals, stock investment plans and mobilisation strategies. Good understanding of modern Housing and Asset systems and their integration capabilities (APIs). Coach and mentor Lumensol and Client Managers (Consultant) and frontline staff to build capability. Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve issues/disputes, and maintain escalation discipline. Track budgets/spend profiles; identify cost efficiencies and deliver savings initiatives. Maintain compliance with health & safety and domain-specific regulatory standards. Identify risks/opportunities; maintain action plans and deliver mitigations. Support Lumensol Directors and Executive Consultants within Client Services to develop standard PMO templates, programmes and reporting material. Key Responsibilities


Lead co-ordination and delivery of assigned transformation programmes (projects) and ensure high-quality outcomes for client organisations. Provide visible leadership and guidance to transformation project teams, ensuring milestone targets are met. Deliver assigned workstreams and support project delivery for client organisations. Conduct data analysis, prepare reports, and contribute to solution development. Assist in designing and implementing processes that improve service quality and efficiency. Maintain compliance with Lumensol policies, procedures, and health & safety standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to support strategic objectives. Monitor risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Uphold Lumensol values and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


3-5 years' asset management or housing operations experience. Demonstrable project management experience of transformation programmes or individual projects. Preferably a Change Certification such as PRINCE2 Agile, Prosci Change Management, or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project governance tools such as Monday.com, Workshop, Miro or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and colleagues. Ability to lead assigned projects or workstream transformations and deliver to agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Organised, professional, and proactive approach to managing multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, providing guidance to junior team members when required. Demonstrated ability to follow processes, maintain compliance with policies and procedures, and manage risk effectively. Benefits
