We are looking for a Lead - Azure Cloud Migration Testing with strong expertise in Python , ETL Testing, SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Databricks. Candidate will lead testing efforts for large-scale data migration projects, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and smooth transition from on?prem systems to Azure Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end testing for Azure cloud migration programs. Perform ETL testing, data validation, and source-to-target mapping verification. Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation. Validate ADF pipelines, Databricks notebooks, and Azure data ingestion/transformation flows. Develop Python scripts for test automation and data comparison. Drive defect management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Required Skills:

8-12+ years in ETL & Data Migration Testing Strong SQL, ADF, Databricks (PySpark), Python Experience with ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL/Synapse Hands-on cloud migration experience with Azure ecosystem Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Preferred

Azure certifications (DP-203, AZ?900) Knowledge of CI/CD (Azure DevOps) and data quality frameworks
