Responsibilities will include:

• Assess and understand Supply Chain and operational / management reporting requirements to recommend the optimal solutions to address client needs
• Support clients to identify areas of value that can be delivered through MS D365 F&O enabled business transformation
• Play a key role leading supporting pre-sales activities, scoping and planning Microsoft Dynamics 365 enabled transformation programmes based on your areas of expertise
• Play a key role leading delivery of key workstreams within Microsoft Dynamics 365 enabled transformation programmes
• Support development of internal capability in Deloitte UK MS D365 F&O team - Supply Chain, through knowledge sharing sessions and demonstrating how you engage clients and solve our clients\' biggest problems
• Become a trusted advisor to client teams, helping them solve business problems through technology enabled change

Please note this role may involve extensive travel throughout Europe.

As a Microsoft D365 F&O Supply Chain Lead Consultant in our Emerging Technology team, you will play a key role successfully supporting our clients to transform the way they run and manage their Supply Chain, you will use your expertise to build capability within the team. The role provides the opportunity to support our global strategic clients address their most significant business challenges alongside building a successful team.

You will play a key role supporting our clients define Microsoft D365 Supply Chain solutions to shape the future business function and operational management reporting.

You will provide a unique perspective combining industry insight, deep knowledge of Microsoft D365 F&O and business transformation. You will use your knowledge of Supply Chain business process, information model and D365 F&O to design solutions and future products and services, influencing critical solution architecture decisions.

You will use the experience gained though-out your career to support how we build and develop our internal capability, provide technical insight (on MS D365 F&O - Supply Chain), demonstrating how you engage and work with clients to solve their most complex business problems.

Your professional experience

Essential:

• MS D365 Finance & Operations certificate - Supply Chain or equivalent
• Extensive experience with full life-cycle implementation of MS D365 F&O - Supply Chain focused
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in ERP implementation methodology and principles
• Effective listening skills to understand and break down client finance business problems
• Ability to share good practice and influence stakeholders on proposed solutions
• Able to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Ability and keen interest to develop talent and build a high-performing team

Desired:

• Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience, combining technical expertise with simple, everyday language to deliver a story
• Demonstrated Supply Chain knowledge
• Ability to work well with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and clients
• Effective team and stakeholder management
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into information models
• Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and self-direction
• Experience in consulting or professional services
