Senior Observability Consultant

to join our team and help our clients unlock operational excellence.

You'll lead by example, guiding multidisciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders, and getting hands-on with cutting-edge tech like Crowdstrike Falcon or Splunk. You'll play a key role in architecting innovative solutions, onboarding complex data sources, and supporting the full lifecycle of Observability projects

What You'll Do

Design, implement, and maintain robust Observability solutions Collaborate with customers to understand their data and infrastructure challenges Onboard and optimise complex data sources Lead conversations around architecture, tooling, and best practices Support pre-sales activities and assist with solution design Deliver training and support adoption of new technologies Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in the Observability space

What You Bring

Expertise in Observability platforms (Crowdstrike Falcon or Splunk would be great) Experience managing client expectations and navigating complex requirements Strong background in cybersecurity platforms Proficient in scripting (Python, Bash) and writing regular expressions Familiarity with containerised environments (Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift) Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Certified in one or more Observability tools Experience with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence A proactive, consultative approach and excellent communication skills

Pay: 75,000.00-90,000.00 per year
