The Role :

We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Talent Management to join our growing HCM Cloud practice. This is a hands-on consulting role with leadership responsibilities, where you'll work closely with clients to deliver Oracle HCM Cloud solutions--primarily in Talent Management, with exposure to other modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting Cloud, or HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementations. Translate complex business needs into effective Oracle Cloud configurations and solutions. Provide expert advice and thought leadership in Talent Management capabilities including performance, goals, succession planning, and career development. Work across project phases--requirements gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go-live. Support the development of junior consultants, including mentoring, knowledge sharing, and light line management duties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Stay current with Oracle updates and industry best practices.

Location & Commitments



Permanent contract Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires. If you are successful for this position you will be expected to travel as necessary, which may include overnight stays away from your home location Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. This will be completed as part of pre-employment checks by de Novo's third party supplier Credence. Person Specification | Skills & ExperienceEssential:



Strong, demonstrable experience in Oracle Fusion Talent Management. Experience in multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. Ability to work independently in a client-facing role and manage complex stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Comfortable supporting and guiding more junior team members Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and client facing consultancy skills Teamwork: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including stakeholders Customer Service Orientation: Focus on meeting internal and external customer needs, providing responsive support, and building positive relationships with stakeholders Continuous Learning: Willingness to learn and develop new skills, stay updated on industry trends, and pursue professional development opportunities to enable growth Consulting skills: Strong consulting skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients, understanding their needs, providing recommendations, and guiding them through the implementation process. This includes active listening, problem-solving, and client relationship management

Desirable (at least one of the following):



Core HCM - workforce structures, person management, employment lifecycle. Oracle Recruiting Cloud - requisition management, candidate journeys, hiring process. Oracle HR Help Desk - case management, workflows, and service request analytics.

Stage 2 is a more in-depth interview where you will be assessed on your technical skills for the role. This will involve a presentation followed by panel Q&A.
