Manage client relationships independently, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering with confidence, clarity, and integrity. Contribute to the ongoing automation and modernisation of ISG's benchmarking methodologies, including AI-enabled analysis and tooling initiatives. Collaborate with global colleagues to share best practices, develop intellectual property, and expand ISG's benchmarking capabilities. Mentor and coach junior team members, embodying ISG's values of Trust, Passion, Integrity, and Mentorship. Support practice development activities, including thought leadership, proposal development, and internal knowledge sharing.
