Job responsibilities



Engagement Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy aligned with our brand's vision, marketing objectives, and overall business goals.

Omnichannel Experience:

Lead the creation of seamless and elevated consumer & community experiences across paid & organic media, PR and influencer marketing.

Content Creation & Storytelling:

Oversee the development of captivating and shareable content that resonates with our target audience, reinforces our brand's unique personality, and sparks conversations.

Social Media Management:

Drive our social media presence, creating engaging content calendars and considered advertising strategy, fostering community interaction, managing influencer collaborations, and staying ahead of emerging trends.

Community Building:

Cultivate a vibrant and loyal customer community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and creating opportunities for connection and co-creation.

CRM & Personalization:

Work with our CRM department to help personalize communications and create targeted campaigns that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases.

Data Analysis & Insights:

Track and analyse key engagement metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies, improve performance, and inform decision-making.

PR & Influencer Management:

Plan and execute engaging PR & influencer experiences, both in-person and virtual, that create memorable brand moments and foster deeper community connections.

Profile



Qualifications:

Proven experience (7 years) in consumer engagement, social media marketing, or a related field, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry. A passion for beauty, a love for our brand, and a genuine desire to connect with our customers. A deep understanding of social media platforms, trends and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and on-brand content. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A creative and innovative mindset, with a willingness to experiment and try new things. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.
