We're after someone who can turn a good idea into a great campaign. And then actually make it happen.
As our Senior Content & Campaign Executive, you'll help lead how One Good Thing shows up across social, creators, and community. You'll plan the stories we tell, build the partnerships that power them, and turn insights into content that people actually care about.
You'll still make content when needed. But your main job is the thinking. Spot the moment. Shape the brief. Build the machine. From TikTok Shop to seeding plans to influencer management to campaign rollouts, you'll be the one making sure the dots connect.
If you like coming up with big ideas and then getting stuck in to deliver them, this is your kind of role.
What You'll Actually Do
Plan and lead content campaigns alongside the Head of Marketing that connects our product to people
Shape the content calendar with the Head of Marketing so we're saying the right things at the right time
Own our creator and UGC pipeline. That means outreach, briefing, managing and repurposing what comes back
Use performance data to track what's working and improve future content
Optimise how we show up across TikTok Shop, Reels, Instagram, and email
Write short, sharp copy that sounds like a human and is in our TOV. Captions, creator briefs, emails, and anything else that comes up.
Work with our Marketing Executive to make sure daily content hits the mark
Create content when needed. Whether that's filming something scrappy or editing UGC into something with punch
Help build community amongst creators and customers. Reply to DMs and comments in a way that sounds like us
Support on shoots, events, and team content days. Capture what matters and turn it into usable content
What You'll Need
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in social, content, or influencer marketing
Experience planning campaigns, not just making posts
You've worked with creators before. You know how to brief them, manage them, and make their content work harder
A good eye for what performs well and why
Solid writing skills. Clean, confident, not cringey
Happy to create when needed. You can shoot, edit, and get content live quickly
Comfortable working fast, switching priorities, and figuring stuff out as you go
Experience turning UGC into content that converts
Bonus if you've worked with TikTok Shop
