PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: 40,200 - 45,200 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
BBC Radio Cambridgeshire is looking for a creative Community Producer who can deliver inspiring content to our audience. We have a diverse audience from the science and technology hub of Cambridge, the growing city of Peterborough and the rural Fen towns. We're looking for someone who is great at enabling people in these communities to tell their stories. You'll also help us plan unique community campaigns that help people realise the BBC is for them.
