Why this job matters
You'll be a senior member of a dynamic contract management team serving one of our biggest, long standing and prestigious UK customers. You'll talk to the customer every day driving delivery of the contract and also work and direct a wide variety of BT colleagues from across our business to transform customer requirements into reality. You'll become a master at finely balancing customer satisfaction with our bottom line as you navigate and negotiate a variety of complex contractual conundrums. You'll experience the everyday job satisfaction in problem solving for our customers and colleagues as part of the LBG contract management team.
